"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I also want to thank Hon. Opiyo Wandayi for bringing this Motion, but he should have thought also about taxes and revenue which when well paid, bring down the cost of living. However, we know people in this country who have refused to pay taxes; who always want to look the other way. They have big farms and big properties that they are not using for anything or for production and yet they do not want to pay taxes. These are the people who sponsor the m aandamano that we had. We need to face the real facts on why this country is in the hole that it is in. It is in the hole that it is in because some people have refused to pay taxes!"
