    "content": "Standing Order 20A(4) provides that a decision of a parliamentary party replacing its whip or deputy shall be communicated to the Speaker in writing and in the case of the Minority Party, by the Leader of the Minority Party on behalf of the Minority Party. Further, Standing Order 20A(5) provides that the Speaker shall, as soon as practical following receipt of the decision of the Party, convey the information to the assembled House if the House is sitting, or notify Members if the House is not sitting."
