    "content": "Hon. Members, as you may further be aware, there has been uncertainty on the leadership of the Jubilee Party in light of several letters that I have received from Hon. Jeremiah Kioni, the Secretary General of the Jubilee Party. In these letters, Hon. Jeremiah Kioni has severally appointed a number of Members in this House to various leadership positions, including the Member for Nakuru Town West Constituency, Hon. Samuel Arama, who he claimed to have been appointed as the Party Whip, and Hon. Sarah Korere, the Member for Laikipia North Constituency, as the Deputy Whip, outside the coalition framework."
