Recently, they were giving wrong fertilizer for free; like 18460, which is a form of DAP! Where did you get the test results that showed that this was the right fertilizer? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would say, perhaps, this Ministry should be charged for crimes against humanity. The cause of starvation is squarely on the shoulders of this Ministry. When will the Ministry come out with clear-cut guidelines to farmers of this country as to what to plant where and with which fertilizer. That would show a lot of the policy we are having here. When is the Assistant Minister going to do that?"
