Do we have a ship sufficient enough to do fishing so that we can exploit our domestic market before we think of marketing? Hon. Temporary Speaker, it is time we thought about handling and storage facilities and try to improve the fishing sector to a large extent so that we can reap requisite services that we want for our country.
