    "content": "I want to ask the Committee to recommend to the Budget and Appropriations Committee – and I can see the Chairman here – to allocate money for every primary and secondary school to put up a fishpond. This will be for both teaching and production of fish for our children. I think this will add value to the feeding programme for our children. If allowed, I would ask the Members at one point in time to consider using the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) to construct a fish pond in all our learning institutions, both primary and secondary schools."
