    "content": "Finally, yesterday I was encouraged when the President appointed somebody to be in charge of the Kenya Coast Guard Service (KCGS). This goes to tell us that this Government is more serious in protecting the fishing industry. Therefore, I commend the Government. We want to see more protection of Migingo Island.
