    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, houses that belong to hospitals are categorised as strategic and, therefore, are not subject for sale. We have advised the civil servants who live in those houses in Kisumu to report any cases of harassment from the grabbers. In fact, the civil servants have been advised not to move out of the Government houses they occupy but have been grabbed. We are still going through the due process of the courts to have the titles issued against those houses cancelled. I advise my friend, the Member of Parliament for Kisumu Town West to advise those civil servants not to succumb to any form of harassment from any grabber."
