I understand that forensic evidence can show the gun that shot the bullet that killed that young bodaboda rider and very many young boys and girls who were killed during the recent demonstrations. I just wanted to confirm from the CS the following: Are shoot-to-kill orders acceptable by the Kenya Kwanza regime that he serves? Do the police bosses understand the Constitution and the right of Kenyans to picket under Article 37? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
