    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My question to the Cabinet Secretary, who is a fellow left-handed and I am sure he will think quick on his feet, is in relation to single mothers. The issue that most single mothers experience when transitioning from birth notifications to birth certificates is that they are not able to get birth certificates for their children because in most instances, they do not have ID cards of the children’s fathers. My question to the Cabinet Secretary is: What support can he give to single mothers to ensure that they get birth certificates for their children? They need the certificates to process medical insurance cover for their children. Thank you."
