I appreciate the work of the Cabinet Secretary because for the first time since Independence, last week, he posted officers to deal with issuance of death and birth certificates although other sub-counties do not have officers, leave alone forms. So, in as much as I appreciate Hon. Martha Wangari’s Question, when will the Cabinet Secretary post officers in all sub-counties of Wajir, which is twice the size of Rwanda?"
