"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Tana River leaders had a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary about two months ago. In that meeting, he promised to issue guns to NPRs in Tana River but we have not seen those guns to date. Could the Cabinet Secretary tell us when we will receive the guns? Tana River borders Lamu County, which is a very volatile area in terms of insecurity. So, when are the NPRs getting the guns? Thank you."
