I want to ask one question regarding insecurity emerging in Butula Constituency, which has been brought by the so-called “gold diggers.” In my constituency, we have an area that has been invaded by gold diggers coming from all over the country. During the day, they are busy in the gold mines but at night they attack residents. This is now becoming very serious. Can investigations be done in order to stop this exercise of gold digging? This is because if left this way it will go beyond control. Thank you."
