I also thank the Cabinet Secretary for a job-well-done and note that when we come here we are Members of Parliament overseeing the Executive. This is the President’s dream—to ensure that we hold Cabinet Secretaries to account. I am asking this Cabinet Secretary to tell the other Cabinet Secretaries to come prepared next time. Professor Kindiki has set the bar very high. The others that will come will need to take it to another level. I also thank all the Members. The quorum has been very very good today.
