    "content": "One of the media houses is reputed to rake in as much as Ksh10 million a day on these betting activities. They start as early as 6:00 a.m., and end at midnight. These media houses have registered paybill and till numbers with Safaricom, but none of the media houses is bold enough to register the paybill numbers in the names of the media companies. They are using very different names and individuals to register these numbers ‘Madam Speaker’. It is, therefore, clearly a con game that the media houses are running on Kenyans."
