Temporary Speaker, if you look at the Sports Amendment Bill of 2018, in particular Section 12(1)(2) of (a) and (b), it states clearly what proceeds of sports lottery should be applied on. It says that taxes levied on betting companies should ideally go to the Sports Fund, so that it can assist in making sure that the different teams that we have in this country are supported. Is this happening? Has the KRA given audit records to the Committee on Sports and Culture to ensure that this happens? I saw the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Sports and Culture here. I really wanted him to listen to what I am saying"
