    "content": " Sen. Wambua, it is the Chair that approved that Statement. No Statement gets to the Floor of the Senate without my approval. Before I approve a Statement, there are certain tenets and requirements that it must meet. Sen. Cherarkey, the Chair approved the Statement sought by Sen. Wambua. Therefore, you cannot bring that angle that it was made in bad faith. In so doing, you are basically sitting in judgement of the Chair’s decision to allow and approve this Statement to come before the Senate. Sen. Cherarkey, you have to withdraw that particular statement that the Statement requested by Sen. Wambua is, indeed, in bad faith."
