    "content": "Bearing in mind that a financial year starts in June and ends in June, we are still within the financial year. We are also aware that the budget which is now running is of a previous regime and obviously, collection of taxes goes on throughout irrespective of the Government in power. It is the right of the stakeholders, Kenyans, who pay these taxes in all forms; fuel levies or whatever, even when you buy a sweet, there is a tax, to know exactly where we are and whether we are paying our debts and how much we have done so that as a nation, we can think together and be better. I thank you."
