Mr. Speaker, Sir, in modern times, we have seen what happened to Greece just the other day. Therefore, for a country like Kenya, which is a third world country moving towards a more developed state, we have done the correct thing in this allocation, by making sure that we are trying to manage our public debt. It would be such a bad thing for us, if our country joins those nations that have declared bankruptcy. I support the idea that they have made reasonable allocations for purposes of avoiding Kenya being dragged down towards declaring bankruptcy. That is another reason why I support this Bill. I urge my fellow colleagues, that sometimes, it is good to play politics and look good to the people.
