Many times, the morgue is overwhelmed and some of these bodies are in terrible conditions and already decomposing. You go there and you are met by an unpleasant smell. For us to serve Kenyans better and give respect to the departed, that is a facility that has to be taken care of with immediate effect, so that we can improve on it. I am surprised that Sen. Chute is a Muslim and hardly do they end up there, but I thank him for his concern for Kenyans."
