"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Standing Order No.101(4) speaks to contents of speech. It says: “No Senator shall impute improper motive to any other Senator or a Member of the National Assembly except upon a specific substantive Motion of which at least three days’ notice has been given, calling in question the conduct of that Senator or Member of the Assembly.” Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you heard, the Senator had repeatedly said that the Statement which was being made here was false. She went on and justified why she thought it was false. Secondly, she said that they have been deliberately denying her recognition in the Committee, even in her industry within the Committee. To me, that amounts to casting aspersions against the Chairperson and the Committee. Therefore, I was inviting you to decide if, indeed, the Member was observing Standing Order No.101."
