They committed to both the County Public Investment Committee (CPIC) and Committee on Finance and Budget that by the 15th April, 2023, they were going to disburse money for January. Today is 18th April, 2023 and from the reports we are receiving, nothing has been disbursed. How do they expect the people in the counties to serve our people, yet the Senate is the protector of devolution? I submit."
