    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I am trying to bring to the attention of the House is the procedure of acquiring that land, through a tender system. Initially, the procedure was for low cost housing. However, later on, it has been turned into another business. I am trying to look at the procedure of how this land was acquired. We want to know how it was acquired. It is not an issue of housing. The issue of housing is before the Committee on Roads and Transportation, which I am also a Member. The issue I am asking here is, how did they get this land? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the cost of this land today is about Kshs3 billion. However, according to me, it was fraudulently given. That is why I am asking that it should be investigated. Thank you."
