    "content": "Hon. Members, today we will have two Cabinet Secretaries: the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, Hon. Soipan Tuya, and Hon. Kipchumba Murkomen, Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport and Public Works. We will start with Hon. Soipan Tuya who is in the House. Cabinet Secretary, Questions will be asked and you have been in this House so you need no unnecessary tutoring. A Member will ask a Question, you will answer, then two to three supplementary questions will follow. Depending on how well you convince the House, we leave it there.
