    "content": "We have established that the funds earmarked in NG-CDF are very limited in scope to the extent that they can just purchase seedlings. We are proposing to the NG-CDF Board that Members will be able to shift with the Government. We are shifting from just planting to growing and seeing that trees grow to maturity. You cannot do that if you cannot employ some labour. Therefore, we request that the NG-CDF Board would allow for proposals for Members of Parliament to engage our young people in a concept we are calling the ‘green army’ to help not just plant but to grow trees. I hope you, Members of Parliament, are going to support us in that."
