    "content": "Once, again, this is a very pertinent question in the wake of the climate change crisis. I want to tell Members that climate action is of priority to the Government through the Ministry. The President chairs the African Union Committee of Heads of State and Government on Climate Change (CAHOSCC). This September we shall be hosting the first of its kind Climate Change Summit to address some of the emerging issues that are becoming a livelihood threat to not only Kenyans but the entire global community."
