Paul Abuor, I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Roads and Transport whether he could: (i) explain the circumstances under which construction of the Riosiri-Rongo University-Cham Gi-Wadu Road has stalled for the last two years; (ii) state plans that the Ministry has put in place to ensure that the contractor resumes construction of the said road; and, (iii) further state the timeline for completion of the said road."
