    "content": "Those are the measures that we have put in place. I appreciate the opportunity granted. By coincidence, I had this document that I have just issued now, and I appreciate that I was able to make this very important statement related to our roads on the Floor of this very important august House. Of consequence, I promised this House during vetting that we shall make sure that road and traffic enforcements take advantage of technology. We are doing everything possible with the road agencies and NTSA to ensure that cameras are installed. We will start with the Northern Corridor; Mombasa-Malaba, and also within our cities to ensure that we catch all those culprits. We are starting in the next two to three months with a number of black spots that have been identified. I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
