"content": "Government can get money from elsewhere. The media is promoting gambling. If you go to some places in River Road, you will find betting happening. You find boys and girls lined up but they are not doing what they are supposed to do. Instead of looking for jobs, they are there gambling hoping they will get money. At the end of the day, they get nothing. What happens after that? They become criminals. We are trying to solve the problem for the future of this country. Let us go the Muslim way where we do away with betting for some time until we do it in the right way. We can re-introduce it after 10 years. I may not be here that time but I am against it. It has ruined the whole country. Therefore, I support the Motion. If we change the Act or whatever Members will suggest here, it will help the society. Otherwise, we will ruin the society and be held responsible in future. What did you do during your time?"
