    "content": "The other thing we, as a Government or nation, can do is to have enough civic education. School leavers who are idle can be educated. We can come up with a special programme which can be organised together with the current Members of Parliament. If we go to constituencies, we can pass a message to the people because our words are powerful and they listen to us. We need to speak on all things that affect our young people. Civic education can be enhanced. We can tell people the dangers of all these things."
