    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, I intend to move this Bill as an amendment of the existing Act especially on Section 4, from (a) all the way to (c). If you look at Section 4 of the National Transport and Safety Authority Act, there are some issues that are of concern to us leading to my request to this Honourable House to do some amendments. I propose to insert the following sub-paragraphs on (a): ‘‘(aa) regulation of two and three wheeled public motorcycle taxis.’’ Under Part (ab), I propose to establish a system and procedure for the regional registration and licensing of two and three wheeled public motorcycle or taxis."
