    "content": "Lack of employment for our students after Form Four makes them rush and buy bodabodas so that they can earn a living. If the national Government can come up with something like a vocational centre at the county level, where our bodaboda riders can undertake short courses which can improve their skills, it can lead to positive growth. At the same time, we need to come up with workshops at the county level because without maintaining and managing these machines, accidents could increase. If a rider is good but his motorbike is not repaired promptly or regularly, it can lead to this menace of accidents. It has become a culture among motorbike riders not to follow traffic law, and so it is up to the Government to come up with regulations which can be followed. I know there are Members who would wish to share or contribute on this Bill. I, therefore, want to stop there and request Hon. Haika, the Chair, Diaspora Affairs and Migrant Workers Committee, to second. Thank you."
