    "content": "Indeed, the bodaboda sector contributes greatly to the development of our nation. Were it not for the bodaboda riders, transport within our rural areas would be greatly hampered. However, we need to look at the issues those young riders are facing. One, is the issue of licensing and training of the riders. Due to high fees on acquisition of driving licenses, majority of those bodboda riders are trained within the villages. They ride the bodaboda without the requisite licenses. It would be important for NTSA to formulate policies and advise the national Government on how to regulate the bodaboda sector."
