    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support the Petition by Hon. Owen Baya. These issues of land and people having their land taken away irregularly is an issue that the Committee will look at when they retreat. They need to look at this Petition with a view of the whole country because, more often, people will be coming up with individual petitions. It is a countrywide issue and is majorly seen within Rift Valley and the Coast regions. The Committee should expeditiously look into this matter so that the aggrieved parties can get justice. With those few remarks, I support."
