    "content": "Members also talked about sanitation. If we were to just sample a school near Parliament today, there is no doubt that we will find evidence of poor sanitation. Whenever we visit schools in this country, we usually find one nurse. I want to tell the Cabinet Secretary for Health to upgrade the calibre of nurses or health centres that are found in high schools. They are not enough. They only dispense panadol tablets. I can assure you that if we had proper health centres in secondary schools, we could have avoided those deaths."
