    "content": "I appreciate the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Education because he is here. It is about time that we no longer rated schools in terms of bed capacity or the number of desks and classrooms that are available. You find that a school that is meant to accommodate 500 students is now accommodating between 1,000 to 1,500 students. Is that in the interest of education? No! It is in the interest of lining their pockets. How much will those students pay in terms of remedial classes? We are always being told by the Ministry of Education that parents should not be charged extra fees, but I know many Hon. Members in this House are parents in various schools…"
