    "content": "I want to contribute to this matter as a food scientist because this is entirely food science and it entails concepts of food safety management systems. There are already established food safety management systems that can be used and adopted by the Ministry. Before any school is allowed to offer food, they should show how they will manage the safety of the food that they give the children. We have basic food management systems and the cheapest and oldest is good manufacturing practice; otherwise called good hygienic practice.
