    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I think the request for statement was directed to the Ministry of Sports and Culture. It is completely in order. For the State Department of Immigration to process passports, there must be an approval and a qualification from the Ministry of Sports and Culture that these are sportspersons and require diplomatic passports. There must be an approval and support of the Ministry of Sports and Culture because not everybody qualifies to be given a diplomatic passport. It is, therefore, in order. The Ministry of Sports and Culture should approve that these are our sportsmen and women that require diplomatic passports. After the approval, the Ministry of Interior and National Administration can then proceed to process their diplomatic passports."
