    "content": "I want to begin by saying that those who are in authority must ensure that those who are responsible must take up their responsibility and take action against the culprits. It is very important. Nevertheless, it is important to note that women in other sectors, for example secretaries in offices, girls, tea girls and house girls also get harassed sexually. It is not just the tea workers. Many women are harassed at their places of work. That, of course, has to do with those in authority because they are the ones who can harass them. That also makes me point out that there are also men who are hustlers or of low cadre who have to give favours to be employed and, sometimes, for promotions. There are also young men who get harassed by their female employers and, in other unfortunate incidences, by their male employers.
