Olekina is insinuating is that the Senate did participate in cutting money that is meant to be sent to counties. Sen. Olekina and I sat in this House and in the last financial year, counties got Kshs370 billion. We have increased that amount by Kshs15 billion to make Kshs385 billion. So, this is a House of record, traditions and respect."
