Olekina and the public is uncalled for. In conclusion, Sen. Olekina knows very well that the country is in a deep mess because of public debt. The first charge when we collect revenue is the high cost of Kshs10 trillion. You are aware Sen. Olekina voted and it is in the records on the rising cost of the public debt ceiling.
