My point of information is that since the inception of the Constitution, when this particular fund was established, it is important to note that our biggest struggle has been to implement this particular part of the Constitution. If you look at it critically, if we go by the Financial Year 2022/2023, because I sit in this Committee, the National Treasury should by now have given this fund Kshs54 billion. Sen.
