    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale has been in this Parliament long enough to reflect on rulings that have been made in the past. Even though it is possible to bring evidence to support what I have said, I will go by the decision of a Speaker, who is very prodigious in terms of his decisions.
