"content": " If the matter is still pending before a Select Committee, you cannot pose it as a Question to the Minister. If you read a Standing Order No. 51 (b), (3) (k) it says- “A Question shall not refer to proceedings of a Select Committee before the Committee has made its report to the House.’ So, if it is life and it is before the Committee, then you may not proceed to pose that question. If it is not life, it is within your right to pose the question."
