    "content": "The reforms we had mentioned earlier in my Statement, the geo-survey which is very critical is now complete. We have a report. The cadastral, the only application, is also complete. We have integrated it with e-citizen. We only have two areas to conclude, integrating it with the land stamp duty. The key area was to have a functional lab at Madini House which should be completed in one month. I can comfortably say that we shall lift the moratorium before the end of June because of the other reforms we have."
