    "content": "(Hon. Mvurya): Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The National Blue Economy Strategy is in its final stages of completion. It will not take years but two or three months and then have it completed. Most of the work has been done. However, we would like to be as inclusive as possible so that we do not to miss any stakeholder. We have a draft which we have given input. In the next two or three months, we should complete the strategy. Secondly, on the Marine Spatial Plan, we should be launching its groundbreaking in the next financial year in July. Right now, we are putting in place the various stakeholders and agreeing on the process."
