Deputy Speaker, I rise to ask the Teachers Service Commission the following Question: (a) Could the Commission explain why some teachers in Lion Hill Primary, Hill Crest Secondary, Nakuru Teachers Primary and Natewa High School, among other schools within Nakuru Town East Sub-County, are yet to be paid enhanced house allowances? (b) Could it state when the said teachers will start receiving their enhanced house allowances and whether the payment will be backdated to the month when the affected teachers became eligible for enhanced house allowances?"
