    "content": "As you are aware, Bills are formed on the Floor of this House. It is an idea that gives each and every single Member of Parliament an opportunity to improve and better it. As a Committee, we found out that the sections which Hon. King’ara proposed are already provided for in the National Transport and Safety Authority Act 2012. I will sit with Hon. King’ara and see whether we can find a way of proposing deletion and addition of other sections. We all agree that we have a mess within the boda boda industry in this country, even as we appreciate that it is a very good industry."
