    "content": "Those who design our roads should reserve specific lanes for people riding on motorcycles and bicycles, as well as put in place pedestrian walks. That is where the problem is. The riders squeeze themselves on roads that are designed only for vehicles. When this Bill is passed, there will be sanity in this industry. Some of the young people riding motorcycles are doing genuine business for their livelihoods. I support the Bill. Thank you."
