    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am done with my Statement. As we are aware, communities or regional blocs come together fundamentally because there is need to create peace and stability in the regions. If one of us, as a member State from either Eastern African community, IGAD or the larger African Union, is not in peace, then the whole region is affected. As such, it is necessary for the House to make its voice heard and be on record that we advocate for peace and stability in one of our neighbouring States. I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
